Students: New Website for Updating Your Contact Information & Emergency Contacts Coming 8/23
UC Davis is upgrading the online portal where undergraduate and graduate students update their address, phone number, and emergency contacts. On Saturday, August 23, 2025, the new Student Self-Service portal will be available at ssb.ucdavis.edu/BannerGeneralssb. The updated site will feature a modern design and improved mobile compatibility.
What’s Changing?
- The new Student Self-Service portal launches Saturday, August 23, 2025.
- The current Student Information System website (sisweb.ucdavis.edu) will be retired the same day, August 23 and will no longer be available.
- Undergraduate and graduate students can update their address, phone number, and emergency contacts in the new Self-Service Portal.
- The Report Social Security Number feature will move to MyUCDavis.

How to Prepare
Most students will not need to take any action. UC Davis is updating campus websites to point to the new Student Self-Service portal. However, you may want to check and update your bookmarks to use the new portal site URL.
The old Student Information System website also included links to Schedule Builder and MyAdmissions.

Reminder: Undergraduate and graduate students will continue to update their phone number in the university’s WarnMe system to be notified about important alerts. Students may also submit mailing address changes by completing and submitting the Address Update form to the Office of the University Registrar.
